Paying no income tax
The government revenues are raised by taxation and by borrowing money. This total government money pool is used to finance the government spending each year. All of its spending comes from this government pool.
This means that any government spending comes from taxpayer’s money or borrowed money.
When a non- government worker is paid there is a deduction of real money that is paid into this government pool of taxpayer’s money and borrowed money.
When a government worker is paid a salary the income tax deduction is simply a bookkeeping entry. There is no money paid into the government pool of money.
It also follows that all alleged deductions from government workers are never paid by them — they are in fact paid for by the non-government workers. This is because no actual tax is paid into the government pool — therefore no tax is paid!!!
This could be called the Ultimate Welfare System.
