The Millennials.
When employed in a company, the dress code is simple.
You dress like the boss.
If the boss wears a suit, so do you. If the boss dresses casual, so do you.
This was before the Millennials entered the workforce.
These new employees no longer seem to see themselves as workers, subject to certain behavioral guidelines, but only answerable to themselves.
No longer are they grateful for the employment but rather consider the company should be grateful for their presence.
Expressing surprise and indignation as they are admonished for dressing in shorts and sneakers.
“We are employed to do a job. This has nothing to do with how we dress. We should dress how we want.”
It would seem only a matter of time before they are ‘put right’ by the management.
In this new age of pathetic political behavior, we now have numerous harassments, with their myriad behavioral offshoots to contend with, and their numerous applications.
Could this be the beginning of a new era of Millennial madness?
