Dangerous Loose Statements
In our society there are vast numbers of what should be called dangerous loose statements.
These hang around in the air stated as actual factual ones. They are never analysed and tested as being true or false.
This is like saying to alleviate world hunger we just need to provide more food. On analysis we find that certain foods will make us ill and some other foods will kill us.
This loose statement is promoted as an obvious truth when the statement should be: We need to provide more food that will not harm or kill us.
One of the most dangerous of these dangerous loose statements is that we need more immigrants to fuel our economy and future. This immigration statement is usually spouted by the politicians and other talking heads and is another example that should read: We need immigrants to fuel our economy and are future growth that would not harm us or kill us.
We live in a world where these dangerous loose statements become the spiel of politicians and other groups. They have latched on to and exploited the effective use of them.
These are an extension of the usual political double talk and deflective evasion by our present batch of politicians. Without these kinds of dangerous loose statements their political agendas would quickly collapse and they would be exposed as the people they really are.
Implementation of this statement would indeed be in the country’s best interest, as would be the removal of these politicians.
