Really talking to Quebec
Quebec, while still being an almost 100% French speaking province, is easily communicating with the rest of Canada.
It would therefore follow that rest of Canada could function the same way and not be speaking the enforced French.
Obviously there is no real need to continue to speak French to communicate with them.
Extending this obvious procedure, it would also mean the end of the intrusive forced bilingualism torture.
(Incidentally, Quebec has stated it will not allow official bilingualism because it will endanger the French language.)
This is a win –win situation and a real unity builder one way and another.
