DEATH BY DIVERSITY
Diversity means depleting or diluting whatever is being diversified.
When applied to groups of people it means replacing one kind of person with another kind of person.
In our society we seem to be pushing an aggressive movement to replace one person by another based on their race or ethnic background
If there is a work group of 100 people and they are diversified by 50% that means that 50 people are evicted from their work simply because of their race and ethnic background. They now have to look for other employment through no fault of their own while the new 50 people move into their workplace.
When there is a third group who need the “benefits “of this diversification repulsive affliction we have the beginning of the final stages.
Call these new 50 people, a third group C, who must now be rammed into this workplace again on the basis of their race and ethnic background.
There is still a group of 100 people who have now been cleansed by ethnic and race diversification into group A and group B — now there is the problem of how to accommodate the people of Group C.
If Group B is affected they will again complain and point to their race and ethnic background as the original reason for their placement here and therefore should be exempted from any work losses.
This leaves the original group of people who have already been viciously razed to be the target and solution to this “dilemma”. After all, were they not the ones who were originally responsible and needed the diversification?
The final move consists of terminating the original 50 and replacing them with the people in group C all in the name of diversification.
All of the original 100 people have been savagely removed from their work and workplace and replaced with a new racial and ethnic grouping of completely different race and ethnic backgrounds.
It was so easy to kill and destroy.
